Yield 1 Cup
- 2 Tbsp Miso Master Organic Traditional Red Miso
- 2 Tbsp unsalted Butter
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- water or vegetable stock
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- Mix the first 3 ingredients in a small bowl and keep warm. Thin with water or vegetable stock to desired consistency.
- Toss over steamed broccoli, grilled zucchini or yellow squash, sautéed greens, or green beans to add a savory dimension to the flavor.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
