Miso Butter

Yield 1 Cup



  1. Mix the first 3 ingredients in a small bowl and keep warm. Thin with water or vegetable stock to desired consistency.
  2. Toss over steamed broccoli, grilled zucchini or yellow squash, sautéed greens, or green beans to add a savory dimension to the flavor.
  3. Garnish with chopped parsley.
