Quick Miso Cup
Yield 1 Serving
- Soak shiitake mushroom until soft, about 1 hour.
- Place wakame pieces and shiitake mushrooms in an 8-10 oz cup. Fill cup with hot water.
- Using a strainer, dissolve miso into cup.
- Place bonito flakes in a tea ball and allow to steep in miso for about 3 minutes, then remove and discard.
- Add chopped scallion, and tofu if desired, and serve.
