Baked Stuffed Apples

Take advantage of Fall’s bounty of fresh apples with this delicious recipe.4




  1. Make small incision around equator of apple to prevent bursting. Create a cavity with melon baller or spoon, leaving bottom of apple intact.
  2. Combine miso, grain coffee, nut/seed butter, and rice syrup, and enough water to make a paste. Add walnuts, raisins, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  3. Stuff apples with the mixture. Place in baking dish with enough water and any remaining stuffing mixture to cover bottom.
  4. Cover and bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until a toothpick is easily removed.
