Try out this new and fun recipe for using up those extra sheets of nori!  Instead of something spicy, we have made this sweet and crispy snack chips from nori and a few other ingredients you might have around your kitchen already.  They are great to pair with soups or salads, but also terrific all on their own.

These tasty and nutritious rice balls are great for school lunches or an after-school snack.
