Here’s an easy recipe to dress up fresh green cabbage by sautéing in our tasty Emperor’s Kitchen Organic Toasted Sesame Oil and tossing in some flavorful caraway seeds.

  1. Cut cabbage into ¼ – 1/8” slices, starting at the top and working down to the root end.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet, add the cabbage, and sauté briefly.
  3. Add seeds and salt and continue cooking a few minutes more. Add a little more water if necessary, lower the heat and simmer until tender, about 15 minutes.
