Instructions

1. Place tofu in boiling water, turn off, cover, and leave a few minutes.

2. Place tofu in cold water, remove when cool, wrap in cheesecloth or porous material, and squeeze out excess water.

3. Blend tofu and all remaining ingredients well and let sit, refrigerated, for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend and heighten.
