- 1 lb frozen peach slices
- 2 cups soy yogurt
- 1/2 cup raw cane sugar
- 1 Tbsp Miso Master Organic Sweet White Miso
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
- Pour into an ice cream maker and run for about 20 minutes, until frozen.
- Serve immediately or store in the freezer.
