ISOFLAVONES IN MISO MASTER ORGANIC MISO

A plant-based isoflavone present in soybeans, called Genistein, not only acts as a powerful antioxidant, but also inhibits the ability of cancer cells to form new blood vessels, causing them to shrink and die. And miso, a fermented soybean paste, has been found to have 20 times more genistein than unfermented soy foods.
