This aromatic tea smells as wonderful as it tastes, and is ideal for any time of day or any occasion.
- 2 cinnamon stick
- 4 teabags Haiku Japanese Sencha Green Tea
- 1/2 tsp minced ginger root
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 4 crushed cardamom pods
- 4 cups boiling water
- 2 tbsp honey
- In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Add boiling water. Cover and steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain, discarding tea bags and spices. Stir honey into tea, and serve immediately.
