- ½ pound firm tofu
- ½ cup Miso Master Organic Mellow White Miso
- 1 Tbsp chopped scallion
- 2 clove garlic
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp brown rice vinegar
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
- You may need to add small amounts at a time to mix thoroughly.
