Miso Islands Salad Dressing

Yield 1 3/4 cups

Dress your favorite fresh garden salad with this sweet Miso Islands Salad Dressing made with our Miso Master Organic Mellow White Miso.


  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Miso Master Organic Mellow White Miso  
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • ½ Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp fresh grated horseradish root
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp pickle relish


  1. In a food processor, combine the first five ingredients and blend well. 
  2. Then mix in remaining ingredients by hand. 
  3. Serve over a green salad or in a Turkey Reuben sandwich, and enjoy!
