Miso Islands Salad Dressing

- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Miso Master Organic Mellow White Miso
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- ½ Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp fresh grated horseradish root
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp pickle relish
- In a food processor, combine the first five ingredients and blend well.
- Then mix in remaining ingredients by hand.
- Serve over a green salad or in a Turkey Reuben sandwich, and enjoy!
