Ingredients

- 1 lb. diced tomato
- 1/2 cup onion, minced
- 1 large Jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1 large handful chopped cilantro
- 1 Tbsp Emperor’s Kitchen Organic Chopped Garlic
- 1 Tbsp plus 1 tsp Miso Master Organic Traditional Red Miso
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/4 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and adjust to taste.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or more to allow flavors to blend.
