Sweet & Sour Broccoli

Yield 3-4 Servings



  1. Blanch the broccoli in salted water for 1 minute, and then drain under cold water.
  2. Slowly add pineapple juice to kuzu, breaking up any lumps in the kuzu until dissolved.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and heat in saucepan over medium-low heat until thickened.
  4. Add the broccoli, toss to coat, serve and enjoy!
