Udon with Miso Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 pkg Organic Planet Traditional Whole Wheat Udon
- 4 – 5 Tbsp Miso Master Organic, Kosher Mellow White Miso
- 3 Tbsp tahini (sesame butter)
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp mirin or cooking sherry
- 1½ – 2 tsp ginger juice
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp dried tarragon
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring just to a simmer.
- Ladle sauce over the noodles in individual serving bowls and garnish with minced green onion and slivered nori.
