Universal Miso Marinade
This versatile marinade is great for flavoring meat, fish, poultry, tofu, tempeh, or vegetables before grilling, broiling, or roasting.
- Yield: 1 Cup 1x
- ¼ cup Miso Master Organic Kosher Country Barley Miso
- 6 Tbsp mirin or cooking sherry
- 6 Tbsp dry red wine
- 2 Tbsp brown rice vinegar
- 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp finely grated fresh ginger
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well, until miso is dissolved.
- Use immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
