Creamy Wasabi Miso Dressing

This is a super easy and very versatile way to get the beneficial power of two great ingredients - 100% pure, real wasabi powder and naturally fermented Miso Master Organic Miso paste into your diet. We import genuine, pure, wasabia japonica that is freeze dried and prepared for superior freshness and flavor. Using wasabi powder is easy to do and can be incorporated into many of your dishes with ease.
This recipe can be used as a dressing, appetizer dip, taco sauce, sushi roll condiment or atop salmon, shrimp, chicken or steak.

Ingredients
- ½ cup Mayonnaise (plant based or regular)
- ¼ cup Organic Kyushu Brown Rice Vinegar
- 2 ½ tablespoons Real 100% Wasabi Powder (or 51% Wasabi Powder)
- 1 ½ teaspoons Organic Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1 ½ tablespoons Filtered Water
- 1 tablespoon Organic Mellow White Miso paste (or Chickpea Miso paste for soy free)
Instructions
- Add water, toasted sesame oil, brown rice vinegar and miso paste to a small bowl and whisk until miso paste is well blended into liquids. Add mayonnaise and wasabi powder and whisk until completely combined.
- Taste dressing and adjust seasonings with salt and pepper as desired.
Notes
* Plant based if using vegan mayonnaise. Soy free when using Miso Master Organic Chickpea Miso paste.
