Terms
Wholesale orders are subject to a mandatory $100.00 minimum subtotal threshold. Orders are payable via credit card only, and additional tiered discounts will be applied to wholesale pricing as follows:

| 1 | $200 - $299 | 5% OFF |
| 2 | $300 - $499 | 10% OFF |
| 3 | $500 - $749 | 12.5% OFF |
| 4 | $750 and UP | 15% OFF |
Order Processing
Orders will be processed Monday through Friday. Holiday closures are announced on our website in the announcement bar at the top of the page.
If your order contains miso then it will be processed and shipped on Monday or Tuesday each week. The cutoff for orders to be processed on by Tuesday is 10am Tuesday morning.
Shipping
We ship our products with UPS and USPS as our carriers. When you place your order you will be provided a list of carriers and service options with the prices and estimated transit times that are provided directly from the carriers.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of the product you order and the distance to your destination. These rates are provided directly from each carrier.
If your order contains miso the options for the type of service you can choose are based on our 3 day transit time for miso. For this reason some destinations are not eligible for UPS ground due to lengthy transit times. This policy is in place to ensure the highest quality of product is delivered to our customers.
