Miso Mustard Summer Slaw

This is a quick and easy recipe for a tasty plant-based coleslaw! We have used our new Organic Miso Mustard that has all the good stuff (including our Miso Master Chickpea Miso) and none of the junk that is added to other condiments.

Ingredients
- 14 ounces Slaw Mix (chopped)
- 2 tablespoon HealthSavor Organic Miso Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Brown Rice Syrup
- 2 tablespoon Emperor’s Kitchen Organic Mikawa Mirin
- 2 tablespoon Creamy Almond Butter
Instructions
- Mix all dressing ingredients in small bowl, whisk until combined and creamy.
- Toss with your favorite slaw mix.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Making this a day ahead of time will allow the flavors to develop more fully.
