Enjoy this delightfully delicious vinaigrette made with roasted red peppers and seasoned with our Miso Master Organic Mellow White Miso or Chickpea Miso.

  • ¼ cup Mellow White Miso or Soy-Free Chickpea Miso
  • ¼ cup Filtered Water
  • ½ cup Roasted Red Peppers
  • ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons Chopped Garlic
  • ½ tablespoon Onion (chopped)
  • ½ tablespoon Tamari
  • ½ tablespoon Fresh Basil
  • ¼ teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ cup Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. In a food processor add the first 11 ingredients and blend.
  2. With food processor running, slowly drizzle the olive oil until well blended.
