Okonomiyaki sauce is traditionally served with a savory Japanese pancake. This simple, traditional sauce is delicious and can pair with tempura, spring rolls, or even home baked potato slices.
Servings: 20 Tablespoons
- Prep Time: 10 mins
- ¼ cup Ketchup (can also use Sriracha, BBQ Sauce, or Hot Sauce)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire or Plant-Based Worcestershire
- 1 tablespoon Tamari
- 2 ¼ tablespoons Brown Rice Syrup (can also use Maple Syrup, or Honey)
- Add all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until thoroughly blended. This can also be made in a blender if you are making a larger batch.
Store in a jar in the refrigerator. Good for 2-3 months.
