Tonkatsu sauce pairs well as a dipping sauce with a variety of fried foods - fried pork cutlets (aka tonkatsu), chicken tenders, onion rings (as pictured), or Japanese tempura. 

Tonkatsu is often referred to as a Japanese BBQ sauce making it an excellent compliment for foods that are traditionally paired with ketchup or barbecue sauce. Add this sauce to your next batch of burgers or add it to any broth for a blast of flavor.
